A Summer Wedding

he busy wedding and homecoming season is upon us, and we couldn’t be more excited for it.
Before we dive in to the fall, we want to take a moment to reflect on our summer season. Specifically, Joleen and Ryan’s wedding.
It was a fantastic evening, with great weather, even better people, and a cozy, familiar group of wedding vendors. Ryan is a wedding photographer, and when a wedding vendor gets married, amazing things tend to happen.
Everyone gathered at the Tubac Golf Resort for the celebration. Dan Marries, KOLD-13 news anchor, officiated a moving (and funny) ceremony. The skies were perfect for dramatic post-ceremony photos. Dinner was delicious- the kitchen at the Tubac Golf Resort is experienced, skilled, and creative. The party lasted all the way to the venue limit- and then moved to the rooms.
The services we provided started with the ceremony, where we supplied wireless microphones for Dan, Ryan, and a handheld for the mother of the groom. We played the chosen ceremony songs at the proper cues, songs which we had edited to make perfect. We add two uplights behind the drape hanging in the alcove in the chapel. We created a cocktail hour playlist and piped it into the patio sound system. We set up dance floor lighting, added uplights throughout the Geronimo Ballroom, and we spotlighted the cake. Finally, we DJ’d and emceed the reception. Oh, we also recorded all the important moments, starting with the ceremony and continuing with the introduction and toasts. We then provided this audio file to Ryan.
